Bibliographies so published have been regarded as the most valuable resource to the researchers in India and abroad and to this date is considered the only and the most comprehensive source of information on Doctoral Thesis accepted/ awarded by the Indian Universities. I am confident that theses volumes shall be of immense value to the researchers in their inevitable task of doing the literature search and review in related areas. At the least, theses shall save them precious time and hassles in their preliminary search of research work already undertaken in the areas of their research interests, as these volumes seek to provide them with structured bibliographies categorized by discipline year on year basis. Literature reviews apart, ready availability of a comprehensive source of information on research studies already undertaken also help future researchers in identifying and formulating the topic of their research. These volumes may, to a great extent, also eliminate the possibilities researcher ending up pursing such research studies that have already been undertaken at the same or other universities. Most importantly, publication of these bibliographic volumes wider dissemination of the researches undertaken in the Indian universities which lead to not only in frequent referrals and improved Citation but also in identification of researchers in identified areas by the potential employers and collaborators. These not only bring more visibility and greater recognition of the researchers and their work but also help improve their ranking.
